Navy, 4 years, then Perry Institute in Yakima, 2 years and graduated as an instrumentation technician. Worked several jobs and ended up in management. Lived in Idaho, Hawaii, Los Angeles, and mostly in Oregon.
Still have a passion for hunting and fishing, cooking (baking), home projects, NASCAR, and just about anything outdoors. Four months of the year will find me duck hunting and the rest of the year fly fishing, turkey hunting, or camping.

No grandchildren, yet, but maybe this will be the year.

I work at the Port of Portland, on the docks, near the water, and plan to retire in February, 2013. (accomplished)

I married Suzanne Cannedy (Prosser Grad) in 1971 and she still tolerates me, to some degree, and allows me to live in the house. (I know of a guy who lives in his back yard, in a tent, because he can't stand his wife but dislikes the idea of divorce) Anyway..........

We've traveled quite a bit and still return to Maui every couple years. We still have a hoot there with friends. If there were ducks there, I'd retire there. But, alas.....

Ahhh! The wild days, and nights, at Prosser High. I'll never forget the night at a basketball game where Ron McKay and I were playing in the "pep band" with Mr. Gresham. Everytime we had a short break, Ron and I would hot-foot it out to my car and a drink. (I think we had a big bottle of cooking wine!!) Yeah, well, we drank what we could get! By the end of the first half we didn't exactly play on key and by the end of the game, we were toast. Thing is, I don't think Mr. Gresham even noticed. Or maybe he did and was a nicer guy than I gave him credit for. Ron also lives here in Wilsonville and we catch up every now and then. He's still pretty elusive, though.
We lost my brother, Bill, to ALS this year (2009). I will miss him so much. He was my friend, my hunting/fishing partner, my brother.
